Following the recent five David di Donatello 2007 prizes won by the movie ''La Sconosciuta'', GDM Music is glad to present a brand new de-luxe edition of the CD ''LE MUSICHE DI ENNIO MORRICONE PER IL CINEMA DI GIUSEPPE TORNATORE''. This Cd, besides a selection of themes from movies such as ''Nuovo cinema paradiso'', ''Una pura formalit'', ''Malena'', is updated with three themes from the movie ''La sconosciuta'' (2006) and also with the precious inedit track ''Per Giovanni Falcone'' by Ennio Morricone from the Tribute of Giuseppe Tornatore to Giovanni Falcone, wanted and realized by the director in 1993. Booklet with 8 colour pages in colour featuring rare stills and posters and a special sleeve reproducing with golden ink the signatures of the two authors.

The First Compilation Ever Dedicated to the Cinema of Italian Director Giuseppe Tornatore and the Music that Morricone Has Realized for his Movies. Their Collaboration Started in 1988 with "Nuovo Cinema Paradiso", a Movie Awarded Several Prizes (Oscar Prize for the Best Foreign Movie). Tornatore's Cinema is Strongly Linked to his Region, Sicily, and Morricone Has Rendered Perfectly the Sounds and Colours of this Region in his Music. Includes the Main Themes Taken from the Films Directed by Tornatore from 1988 to 2000.
