今までも光学式のマウスを使用していたのですが、友人に勧められたので買い換えました。
元のマウスより少し大きめだったのですが、両側にあるくぼみのお陰か一瞬で手になじみました。
付属のマウスウェアで簡単にボタンの振り分け設定も出来ます。
また、進む・戻るボタンを利用するとインターネットサーフィングが快適になります。
ボタンの設定ではコピーやペーストと言ったキーを設定する事も出来るので、
いちいちCtrl+C、Ctrl+Vをする手間をはぶけます。
個人的にはスクロールの音がとても静かだという点も気に入りました。
従来のマウスですとスクロール時に不快な音が響いていましたので。
総合的に、このマウスは素晴らしいです。

オフィス用に購入しました。以前ワイヤレスオプティカルを購入し、不安定なのと電池がすぐなくるなど、オフィスでは使い勝手が悪かったのを思い出し,今回は有線にしました。
とても安定していて、反応もすばらく、軽量のため、おもったところにあわせられ、右手の肩や手首もまったく疲れません。右手への負担がへり大変お勧めです。右利き用です。レビューに見られるコードが長い・太いとのことですが、私はオフィス机のケーブルマネージメントの穴からだして、多めに机の上にコードをだしているので、まったく引っ掛かりなどは問題ないです。

パッケージの内容は、
　・マウス本体(ケーブル長180cm)
　・ドライバソフトウェア(CD-ROM)
　・USBポート→PS/2変換アダプタ
　・ユーザーズガイド
　・保証書　
となっています。

　マウスには左右クリック以外に、スクロール用のホイールとボタンが
２つ、ソフトウェア切り替え用のボタンが１つ、ブラウザの戻る・進む
に相当するボタンが２つの計８つのボタンが付いています。設定により
割り当てを変更可能。

　マウス自体の操作感は解像度が高いこともあり、自分の思う所にカー
ソルを合わせ易いと思います。仕事や趣味にと考えている方も、安心し
て使用できるのではないでしょうか。

　マウスのケーブルは直径3mm程度と太く感じました。マウスを乗せる
テーブル等との素材によっては、引っ掛かりが生じ、ストレスを感じる
方もいるかもしれません。よって星４つとなります。
