発表された時は「なんだベストか…」と落胆した。
それでも新曲が入ってるので3,059円のシングルのつもりで買った。

でも、これが予想外の出来!!
音もイイし、「SOUL LOVE」「Blue Jean」のバラード？な2曲のおかげで聴いてて全くダレない。「BE WITH YOU」が『DRIVE』に収録されているのと違うバージョンっていうのも逆に新鮮に感じた。
何より流れがいい。冬に始まり、春~秋へ流れて再び冬に帰ってくるのがニクい。「時の雫」がRadio Editであることが引っかかったが、オリジナルでも時間的には問題なさそうなのでこれも流れを考慮してのことだろう。

最後に「つづれ織り~so far and yet so close~」。EXPOのエンディングで聴いて以来、ずっと頭から離れなかったあの曲が、ついにCD化。
イントロを聴いただけで涙が出そうになる。この曲のためだけに買っても惜しくない。

私は以前高校生のころに彼らの音楽をよく聴いていました。

このアルバムを懐かしく思い、早速買って聴いてみた所、曲順のせいか、非常に胸が苦しくなりました。

ファンのみなさんならば一曲一曲に思い出があるでしょう。
無論ファンでない方にも、GLAYの音楽にはその時代を彷彿とさせてくれるものがあるはずです。

その昔の思い出が一曲ごとによみがえり、感動しました。

ベストアルバムというのはまとめる事に意味がある作品です。
全てＣＤで持っているという方もいらっしゃると思われますが、
アーティスト自身の、いわゆる一つの系譜として、GLAYはこの作品を作ったのでしょう。

今後の彼らの活躍にも期待する意味で、星５つです。

GLAYのCDを初めて買いました。知ってる曲がほとんどで、バラードベストだけどアップテンポの曲も入ってて聞きやすかったです。CDでじっくり聴くと、あらためてGLAYの曲は素晴らしいなぁと実感しました。最後のつづれ織りという曲はこのアルバムにしか入ってないみたいです。すっごく良い曲でした!曲を聴いて感動したのは久しぶりです。TERUの歌声には鳥肌がたちました!!本当に良い曲なんで、ぜひ聴いて欲しいです。
