phantasmagoriaとは幻影や変幻自在の光景といった意味を示します。その名に恥じぬ幻想的なサウンドと歌詞は、まさにＶ系の王道といった感じ。数々のバンドを渡り歩いたKISAKI氏が自身にとって最後のバンドとすると公言している通り、これからの活動に期待がもてるバンドです。

4.0 out of 5 stars KISAKIさんのバンドですが, 2007/1/17
MIRAGE、Syndromeなどで活躍、Matina、UNDER CODEなどのインディーズレーベルを率いたKISAKIさんのバンド。ギター2人は元マーディレイラ、ボーカルは元HISKAREA、ドラムは元Mist of Rouge。最近少なくなったコテコテのV系ど真ん中の音楽。幻想的で美しくも激しい。このシングルを出す前に雑誌の付録として「Material Pain」という曲を出していて、個人的にはその曲以上に好きになれる曲はなかったが、それでもある程度の満足を与えてくれる作品だと思う。ただ、好みの問題かもしれないが戮さんの歌声は好き嫌いが分かれる気も。シャウトは良いが、少し幼さのある声・若干の舌足らずさが気になる。「Moonlight Revival」はシンセ音に語りを乗せたオープニングSE。「Pixy false」は早くも遅くもないスピード、幻想的なシンセ音とバンドサウンドが絡み、激しくシャウト、サビはちょっと歌謡曲風。メロディアスなギターソロが印象的。後半の声が裏返ったようなシャウトは少しAliene Ma’riageの狂華さんを連想させる（まあ、さすがに狂華さんほどの強烈さはない、狂華さんと比べたらだいぶ普通のシャウトですが）。「Fairy times memory」はメロディアスで透明感あるサウンド、切ない歌声、王道的でストレートに良い曲。
ただ、ファンタスマゴリアをやろうがシンドロームをやろうが、私にとってKISAKI氏のバンドではいまだにMIRAGEが不動の本命。ミラージュの鋭くメロディアスで気品あるギター旋律は本当にカッコよかった…特に第一期ミラージュ97年の三連続マキシ「Silhouette」「Syndrome」「Genesis」、中でも「NADIR…」「Mystery」の2曲は本当に好きだ。
