同シリーズの３点セットのものと購入を迷いましたが、プロテクターがついていたのでこちらの５点セットを購入しました。
結果、正解。
かなり切れ味が鋭いので、既にそういったプロテクターのようなものをお持ちでなければ絶対必要です。

セラミックスライサーの「厚み調節バー」はかなり使えます。普段のキャベツの千切りには1.3mmがちょうど良いと感じました。
スライサーは使いやすいように（だと思うのですが）刃の手前の部分がクッションになっていて、力加減をつかむのに苦労しました。

持ち手の「への字フォルム」は好みが分かれそう。私は特別良いとは感じませんでした。

一番の不満は商品の説明に、食洗機の使用の可・不可が明記されていないこと。商品の耐熱温度は70℃と何とも微妙なところ。水洗いが用意だとはありますが、鋭い刃がついているわけですからできれば手洗いはしたくありません。わざとこの辺の明言を避けたんじゃ？と疑いたくなってしまいます。

ともあれ、商品自体の評価は星４つ。

このタイプのグリーンのものとかなり悩んだのですが、明らかな違いがわからない・・。なのにグリーンのものはかなりの、値引き・・。好みで、白を選んだのですが一緒だったのか？。同じ展開の写真を載せるべき！

使い勝手ですが、キャベツの千切りをしたのですが、刃が先の方にあるのでキャベツの最後までスライスさせると前方に、かなりのキャベツが散乱しました。ちょっとびっくりしたので−１点。(その分、刃の手前側が広いのですが・・。）でも、出来上がりはちょっと感激してしまいました。何だか、切り口が鮮やかな＜気＞がして。
スライスの、厚みを、調整できるようになっていて良いのですが、刃よりもこちらの方が先につぶれてしまうのでは・・と余計な心配をしてます。

予想外だったのが、おろしがねの方です。使わないだろうなと、何でこれセットなん？と思ってたのですが、とりあえず、試してみました。すると、穴が大きいので下に落ちていく量が多く、とてもすりやすいです。

スライサーは良いです。耐久性は悪いけど、刃が欠けなければよく切れるし厚さ調節も非常に便利。

あとの千切り器は櫛刃部分が樹脂のため切れ味が悪く、大根や胡瓜などは食感が悪いです。結局、千切り器は使わなくなり、スライサーで薄切りにしたあと包丁で千切りに…。
おろし器のほうは全て樹脂製で、大根がなかなか削れてくれません。だからといって力を入れるとおろし器のほうがすぐ反ってしまいます。
収納面でも、セット商品のわりにコンパクトにする工夫がされておらず、思いのほか場所を取ります。

単品販売されているスライサーを買って、千切りやおろし、プロテクターは他の製品から選ぶのがオススメかと思います。
