ベストヒットＵＳＡ世代にはお馴染みの懐かしい映像ばかりです。これまで出ている８０’ｓクリップ集は値段の割にイマイチなセレクトで買うに至りませんでしたが、これは大満足とまではいかないものの、ベターだとは思います。ただ、最近のＤＶＤの低価格化からするとまだ高過ぎます。ＣＤはいらないので、せめて３分の２くらいの値段にして欲しいところ。もしレーベルを超えてＤＶＤ３枚組１００曲程度の８０’ｓＢＯＸが８千円切るくらいで出たら絶対買うんですけど、これがもっと売れないと続編もないですね。
個人的にはNew Editionの幼さが結構面白かったです。あとはオールゲイのＦＧＴＨのＶは改めて見るとやっぱり過激ですね。音楽的にはBeastie Boysの登場はその後のミュージックシーンを見るとかなり重要だったなと思いました。映像と音のレベルは昔ＴＶで見ていた程度だと思います

これは選曲うんぬんではなく、企画自体に5ッ星でしょう。当時せこせこビデオ・テープ（しかもベータ）に録画していた懐かしのビデオ・クリップが、今の時代にこれだけの数観れるんですから。しかもワン・チャンの『エヴリバディ・ハヴ・ファン・トゥナイト』、ヒューマン・リーグの『ヒューマン』、INXSの『ニード・ユー・トゥナイト』etc…といった、他の80年代洋楽オムニバスからはシカトされている隠れた名曲が収録されているんですから、個人的には大満足です。強く続編のリリースを希望します！
