正直…内容がそんなに悪いわけではないのですが、もっとダンサーの方が解説してくれたらなぁという感じです。今はスクールに通えなさそうなのでDVDを見ながら少しづつ練習できたらなぁと思ったのですがダンサーさんが無言で動きをするだけなので初心者の私は少し不満でした。動きの前にその動きの名前は出るのですが解説がなくて残念かな。WinyとかはまだしもShakeとかはいまいち感覚が掴めなくてダンサーさんはどう意識してやっているのかなって思ったんですけど…　でも映像自体はよかったと思います。一回目は普通になんですがその後に後ろからとか横からの映像が見れます。あと一区切り一区切りにダンサーさんがやった動きを使ったルーティーンをやるのですがそれが良かったです。かっこいいです。他にもダンサーさんのインタビューやダンスバトルも入ってます。ダンスバトルみんなすごいです！！私的にはばい○ぐらさんがすごくかっこよかったです★　ONE　AND　Gから出ているほかのDVDも気になるのですが買うかは微妙かも。ど素人にはちょっと厳しいかも。

本当に１からの基本が収録されていて、日々の練習に役立ってます。今まで見たどのレクチャーDVDよりもわかりやすくて、初心者のわたしも入り込みやすいので、これからレゲエを始めようと思ってる方には、おすすめです。

レゲエダンスのハウツー物で基本編ですね。
…まあハウツーの為に買う人も少なそうですが。(笑）
でそっちの視点からのレビューですが
良かったのは四つんばいの状態での尻振りと
そんきょ座りでの尻肉をピクピクを後ろからアップでした。
おしむらくはやはり基本ということで
ハデな動作が少なかったコトかな。
レゲエの動作ひとつひとつをジッッっくり見たい人は買いです。

技の解説が無いですから。
最後のインタビューもアマチュアって雰囲気がただよっていました。
