京アニの作品を見て、前に放送されていた作品が気になり、今回鑑賞しました。様々な方達の意見にあるように、確かに残念ながら原作のシナリオを13話に収めきれてなかったとは思います。ですが、作画の乱れが殆どなかった事、シナリオの時間軸を5人分に上手く振り分けた事、それに良い感じにオリジナル要素も入れている点など、よく出来ていたと思います。特に第一話のプロローグはゲームをした人なら分かる、京アニ版にはない素敵な部分なので、一見の価値はあると思います。京アニ版を見終わってからでも構わないので、一度見て欲しいと思います。きっと別のKanonを発見出来るはずですから。

こちらはフジテレビ他で2002年に放送されたカノンです。現在(2006年10月から)BS-iで放送されている全24話予定のカノンと比べますと、やはり13話完結は、まとめるのに苦労しているように思えます。話の展開がトントン拍子すぎて感動に浸るまで至らないのが残念なところです。
4年前の作品ですが、キレイな画です。東映らしいカチッとした画作りです。現在放送中の京都アニメーション製作のカノンと、ほぼ同じ声優さんなので見比べると面白いです。

正直KanonのDVDは以前から買うかどうか迷っていました。深夜にやっていたTV放送で観ていたけど内容は原作が上回っているのは誰から観ても一目瞭然でした。放送前は買う気満々だったKanonのDVDを買うかどうかずっと悩んでいました。それでも意を決して買うと決めこのDVDBOXを買いました。確かに良作ではなくともやはりKanonの感動は伝わる良いものだったと思います。これ観てまた原作のKanonをやりたくなりプレイすると何度見ても良い作品だなぁと思わせてくれるものでした。最近はAIRのほうがポピュラーになっていますがもう一度このkey最初の作品を読み直すのも良いのではないかと私は思います。
