　大航海２より自由にプレイできなくなった気はしますが、グラフィックがきれいになってるし、それなりに長く楽しめるとおもいます。ただ、宝探しは正直、ウザかった。オンラインじゃなくて、早く、新作出して欲しい。

初めて大航海時代シリーズを買ってみました。
安かったので内容はどうかなとちょっと不安だったけど、プレイしてみたらはまってしまい、あっというまに全キャラクリアしました。
地図を片手に世界史の教科書もひっぱりだして歴史の勉強にもなったかな。
もう少しプレイできるキャラが多かったらなと思ったので評価は４です。

大航海時代、未知なる航路や世界を求めて航海者たちは帆船で大海原へ乗り出した。そしてこの大航海時代4はプレイヤーは勢力の総帥として貿易をして自分の勢力の拡大をしながら世界に散らばる７つの「覇者の証」を集めなければならない。序盤は自分でコツコツ貿易をしなければならないので単調な作業の繰り返し。海賊なんてものは存在しないし、登場する街の数は前作（大航海時代3）の半分以下です。しかも自分で雇える航海士はいないので・・・イベントで強制的に勝手についてきます（解任できない）。その航海士がいなかったらストーリーは進展しないなどします。この作品を買うぐらいなら2をお勧めします。2の方が港や航海士など自由な点が多いので。それに2は最初から海賊、商人、冒険家などのプレイが可能なので飽きないと思います。
