もともと運動好きの私にとって、再生してみたときの最初の印象は
「ん〜。これ効くんかいな？」
というものだったのだが、観るのとやるのでは全然ちがう！
一見ハードには見えない動きの中にも[コア]にガッチリ効く理論がちゃんとあるんだな〜ということを、実際に動いてみて改めて実感した。
地道に週３〜４回続けていくと、ジワジワ効く。
気づいてみれば産後13kg増量していた体重が、なんと11kgも減ったのには正直驚いた。
おそるべしピラティス。

産後に腰痛になってしまい、とてもつらかったのですが、アメリカの友人からピラティスを薦められ試したところ即効性がありました。そこで今回特に産後の体を対象にしたピラティスということで購入しました。
わかりやすく簡単なエクササイズで、画像もきれいで楽しくピラティスにとりくめると思います。ロケ地はロスの邸宅だそうです。

　二人目の出産となると、体重はなかなか減らず、ウエスト周りがぷにぷにしているのに、託児のないママビクスやスポーツジムに通うこともできません。初めてハウツーもののＤＶＤを買いましたが、これがあれば、自宅で一人ででも、楽しみながらコアを引き締める運動をすることができました。産後、特にピラティス初心者にお勧めだと思います。
　呼吸のタイミングを言ってくれるので、画面を見ていなくても正しい呼吸でできます。バンドを買っていないので、バンドを使う運動はしていませんが、それでもかなりコアに効いている感じがします。きつくてできない運動もありますが、いつかできるようになる日が楽しみです。
　ボールとバンドがないと、すべての運動ができません。できればヨガマットもあるといいです。
