ピアノのAyaさんがドイツへ行って不参加のため、シンセ音が全体を支える作りになった。それゆえピアノ・バイオリン・カウンターテナーというスタイルのみだった前作と比べると音のバリエーションが増え、カラフルになった印象（個人的には前作のスタイルの方が好きだったが）。詩世界からは、前作のようなダークさ・妖しさ・倒錯性は少なくなった。それゆえ前作と比べるとちょっとインパクトに欠け、全体としては少し物足りない作品だった。
だが、「街路の少女」はものすごく良い。Caccinicaの中でも特に好きな曲になった。前作のようなピアノ・バイオリン・歌のみの曲で、マッチ売りの少女を更に残酷に描いた暗く不幸な詩世界。歌詞の物語の進行に合わせて表情を変化させていく曲展開があまりにドラマチックで感動的。のっけから悲痛にさえずる美しいバイオリン。歌のメロディーもひたすら悲劇的。途中で転調して明るくなるが、そこが終わると一気に豹変し、絶望の底へ突き落とすような暗く悲しすぎるバイオリンが泣く。本当に、いかにも「突き落とす」といった感じの落差で鳥肌が立った。かっこよすぎる。再び最初のメロディーに戻るが、演奏も歌も前半より激しくヒステリックに迫ってくる。「男にー」の所で切なく泣くバイオリンが胸をかき乱す。曲の中に1つの世界が完成されている。演劇的、芸術的。

旋律は綺麗なのに物語はある時は皮肉てある時は物悲しく…
なのに何故だか癒されるのは何故なんでしょう？
悲劇のミュージカル又はオペラを観たような感じです。
