Ｈなヨガ？ってどんな内容か、興味本位で買いました。内容は難しいﾎﾟｰｽﾞが満載でとってもハードですが、それゆえに充実していて飽きさせません。インストラクターのウェアなども普通ではありえない格好です（武富士ダンサーズ？）男性まででてきます。体力がない方にはかなりきついと思います。お気に入りの一枚ですが、ただひとつ困った点が・・ナレーションが「セクシャルコアを鍛えて夜の生活がうんぬん・・」などセクシーな声で流れるだけでなく、画面にも大きくＳＥＸと出ます。しかも何度もでます！うちは思春期の息子がいるので家族が寝たあとこっそり見ています(^_^;)

ヨガにはハマる一方で、ありとあらゆるヨガ本やDVD付きブック、DVDを購入しては試していますが、これは期待以上でした！　
　
太陽礼拝をベースに 色々なポーズが組み込まれ、各キープ時間は長すぎず（時にエアロ？な動きもありますが）、筋トレの要素も高く、一度では出来ない難易度の高いポーズもあり…といった具合で飽きません。前出の様々なスタイルのヨガを体験できます。　
また解説がクド過ぎない、かなり肩の力が抜けているところが、慣れた頃にはまどろっこしくなくていいんですよね。

確かに、他のヨガDVDに比べれば雰囲気はセクシー？かもしれませんが、このタイトルは必要なかったかも。　真面目にヨガできます。　内容が重複している部分もあるので、シリーズ中　この上級編が一番使えるように思います。

もっとも売れているパワーヨーガに物足りなさを感じている人にお勧めです。
買う時はタイトルがタイトルなだけに少し恥ずかしかったのですが、上級編と言う文字とこのＤＶＤの入門編のレビューを読んでまじめなヨーガと信じ買いました。入門編のレビュー通り、至ってまじめでかつテンポもかなり速いパワーヨーガです。かなり腹筋を鍛えているか、もしくはヨガに慣れた人でないときついかもしれません。でも、下腹部にはホント効くと思います。少し難を言えば、英雄のポーズがやけに多いのが気になりました。また、上半身の引き締め的なものがあまり無いのもちょっと残念！（まあ、タイトルがタイトルだから仕方ないか？）あと、時間もけっこう長いかな？
