●鋳物ホーローは、熱をゆっくり伝え、保温に優れた鍋にする。鍋底は5mmもの厚さがある
●表面は、耐久性に優れた最高級のホーロー釉薬で、6層から7層も施釉している
●ふたの裏の小さなピコット（突起）がポタージュや、野菜の煮込みなど、温められたスープは蒸気となり、この蒸気を受け止めて水滴に変え、まんべんなくスープに戻す。これがピコットの役目
●「ボンヌファム」はフランス語で、代表的なスープの名を指すと同時に、「賢い婦人」という意味。まさにこの鍋にふさわしい名


メーカーについて

   ホーローは、美しく衛生的なガラスに鉄の壊れにくさをミックスしたいわば「いいとこ取り」の材質で、ルーツをたどればツタンカーメン王のマスクまで遡る。そのホーローを自社工場で作り続けている、国産ホーローの代名詞とも言える存在が野田琺瑯だ。創業は1934年（昭和9年）。戦争により閉鎖された時期もあったが、戦後に再度創業し、素朴なあたたかみのあるホーロー製品を作りづづけてきた。
   近年、ホーローの良さが再評価される流れの中で、台湾ブリコ社と共同開発した鋳物ホーロー「BRICO」や、シンプルで機能的な保存容器「ホワイトシリーズ」がヒット。懐かしさの中に新しさを感じさせる製品群には様々な形や色が用意されており、好みや用途で選べるのも嬉しい。

色・サイズをさんざん悩んだ末、白のキャセロールとオーバルを注文しました。
早速ごはんを炊いてみましたが、お焦げも上手にできて大満足！！
洗う時も少しふやかしておけばきれいに落ちました。
２~３人分の煮物にちょうどいいサイズだと思うので２人暮らしの我が家には
ぴったりのサイズでした。
蓋をしたままオーブンに入れることができるのでこれからいろんなお料理に使っていきたいと思います。

デザインが綺麗。ルクやストウブの鍋にはない、なめらかで優しいデザインがいいです♪
ル・クルーゼの鍋（18cmロンド）も持っているのですが、炊飯はボンヌファムの方がふっくら炊き上がったような気がします。フタ裏の突起のお陰かな？
煮物やお豆もほっこりと煮上がります♪
価格はルクの半値で機能的には同等〜上だし、デザインもいいし、お気に入りの鍋になりました。
私は迷わずホワイトを選びましたが、オレンジの発色（グラデーション）も鮮やかで素敵ですね。
ルクも好きだけど、将来24cmサイズの鍋が欲しくなったら、機能・デザイン・お財布事情からも多分またボンヌファムを選ぶと思います！おすすめですよ♪
