ジムかテニスを再開しよう！と思っていたのですが、妊娠から４年ほどスポーツから遠ざかっていたので「体を動かす準備」からした方が良いのではと思い、こちらのDVDを購入しました。
大正解でした。
いちばん易しい、初心者向けのものだと思っていたのですが、初めて１~２回で筋肉痛を感じました。自分の体のなまり具合にショックを感じると共に、続ける決意をしました。
普段どおりキッチンに立っていても、今までと違い「下腹部とお尻を締め」ていたりして、副産物的作用にも期待しています。
ここ１年、「四十肩」と夫からからかわれていた左肩も、１週間ほどで可動域が目に見えて広がってきたのが思いがけない喜びでした。
このDVDの内容が早く物足りないと思えるようになりたいと思っています！！！

筋肉痛になりました。毎日はできないけど、週に何回かはやっています。筋が伸び〜るのが実感できます。
初心者だけでなく、できる人は脚をもっと高くしたりできるし、イイ感じです。
難を言えば、インストラクターのしゃべり方が気持ち悪い。
もっとナレーションが上手な人が淡々と指示してくれた方が良いのに、変な癖のあるしゃべり方で「〜ガッショウシマス」と言われるのがやっていてすごく気になる。
慣れてきたら音楽だけで、テロップでやり方を載せても良いのに・・・。

ヨガ教室に半年通い教室がクローズしたので自宅用に買いました。呼吸やポーズなども熟知した後でしたので、ゆっくりとしたペースがちょっとじれったい感じがしました。徐々に完成のポーズに持っていく過程が、身体の固い方や初めての方には良さそうですが完成形を出来てしまう私にはもどかしく、省いてしまいポーズをその分長く続けるという使い方をしています。1枚に含まれるポーズの数も少なくて物足りないし、クールダウンのストレッチももう少し長くとって欲しいな、と感じました。音楽は大変気に入りました。
