GARNET CROWの曲は、聴けば聴くほど良さが分かります。
このアルバムも例外ではなく、聴くほどに味があり、色あせることのない本物の音楽がそこにはあります。

個人的にお勧めは、最初と最後。最後の曲は、まさにGARNET CROWならではの曲です。最初の夕月夜は、すばらしくて鳥肌が立ちました。

是非、じっくりと聴き込んで欲しい作品です。

ガーネット・クロウのアルバムでは毎回「聴けば聴くほど味の出るスルメ効果」を味わっているのだが、バラード系中心の今作では、より一層それが強く感じられる。１~３曲目の立て続けに並べられたバラード系の選曲からは今作に対する彼女らの自信が伺える。
あえて難をいうなら、最後まで大人しい印象で終わってしまうこと。それもガーネットクロウの良さでもあり、今作にも「雨上がりのblue」や「僕らだけの未来」といった曲もあるけど、スパイラルやミステリアス・アイズみたいな弾けたガーネットも好きなので、そう言う曲ももうちょっと聴きたかった、と贅沢な事を言ってみたり。

いいアルバムです。

彼らがデビューした当初からずっと応援していますが、好みはあると思うけれど、音楽の意味が伝えられるアーティストだと思います。私自身は中村さんの手がける楽曲や、編曲を行う古井さん、ギターサウンドを柔らかく聞かせる岡本さん、そして言葉を綴るAZUKIさん、皆様の才能がこれ程までに綺麗に調和したアーティストと出逢った事がないのです。特に感じるのは、AZUKIさんが綴られる言葉の素晴らしさです。彼女から生まれる言葉は生きています。最近の意味の薄い言葉では無く、それぞれの言葉が人の心に訴えてくる存在感を持っている様な気がします。落ち着けるクラシックな雰囲気漂う楽曲もお勧めです。もし、興味が沸いたら聴いてみて下さい。
