今まで洋楽しかきかなかった私（スティングとスティービーワンダーがお気に入り）が初めて邦楽アルバムを買ったのは、やはりのだめ効果でした。
でも、いい意味で裏切られました。
聞けば聞くほど味の出るバラード、声の深さがすばらしいです。哀切を伴う曲調での表現力も特筆もの。アップテンポのエモーションとかＧＩＤもうきうきするような編曲で、こちらのはじける歌声も、発音になんともいえない色気があって二重丸。聞けば聞くほどはまってゆくすばらしいアルバムで、もっともっと歌手として評価されていいのに！と悔しささえつのりました。とにかくもう手放せません。ＤＶＤのオフショットも美しすぎてどうしようと思いました。これはお買い得ですよ！！

　ライブでのギターのうるさいイメージがあって、買うのをためらったのですが、優しい曲が多いというので購入しました。聴いてみたところ、わたしもとても癒されて、大満足でした。ＤＶＤも素敵でした。玉木ファンにはお薦めです。

のだめ、鹿男、映画、CM、2ndアルバムのBridgeなど、2006〜2008にかけての玉木くんの目覚ましい活躍ぶりから、この、2004発表の1stアルバムを2008年の今、どんなかな?と、思っている玉木ファンの方がいれば、迷わず聴いてみて欲しい。玉木くんの歌声は、このころから、飾らず真っ直ぐで、玉木くんの自然な爽やかさが歌声にも表れています。しかも、地声のあの魅惑的なカッコイイ低音ボイスは、もしかしてこちらのRIPPLEの方が全体的に生かされているような気がします。アップテンポからスローなバラードまで、曲の感じもバラエティーに冨み、どれも玉木くんに合ったメロディーラインです。歌声は甘い中にも、どこかハスキーに聞こえるところがあり、それが少し切なさを感じさせ、何度も聞いているうちに、しんみりといい曲だなー、やっぱりいい声だなぁと思い、癒されます。DVDもいい感じです。24歳の玉木くん、とても魅力的です。すっかり大人な男になった現在より、まだ少年っぽさが残り、それがまたカッコイイです☆単なるミュージッククリップというのではなく、オフショットという形なのも嬉しいかもしれません。玉木くんの素顔が垣間見れ、あの優しい笑顔満載です!歌詞ブックのフォトも素敵です!Bridgeの発表された今改めて聴いて比べても、こちらのアルバムの充実感、玉木くんに合った全体の雰囲気を持つ点で負けていないんじゃないかと思います。個人的ないち押しは、ラストナンバーのアコースティックバージョンのSeasons。素敵な歌詞とメロディー、軽やかなのにどこか寂し気な演奏に乗せて玉木くんの優しく、穏やかな人柄がその歌声に顕著に表れていて何だか切なくて、癒しの極みです。是非聴いて下さい!
