昨年冬に、購入しましたが、
今まで使用していた、オモリのまわるタイプは、
使いにくくてシューシュー言う音がちょっと怖かったです。

でも、ティファールのこのタイプは、確かにシューっと音はしますが、
必要以上に圧力がかかれば他から圧を逃がしてくれるので、安心でした。

何よりも、手間のかかったおでんが圧力２~３分で自然放置。
カレーも同じく（にんじんの甘みが濃いです。）
そして手羽もとの骨付き肉の煮込みもわずかな時間煮込むだけで、ほろほろと崩れるやわらかさでした。

でも、ちょっと残念だったのは、付属にガラスフタの付いているタイプを選ばなかったことです。暖めなおしに不便でした。

今度選ばれる方には、ガラスフタが付いているタイプをおすすめします。
ちなみに、うちは５人家族でこのサイズです。

クリプソの圧力鍋には付属品が違う色々な組み合わせがありますが、
圧力鍋は圧力料理にしか使わないと判断したためこのベーシックを買いました。
まだ数回しか使っていませんが、とても使い勝手が良く、良い買い物をしたと思っています。

付属のレシピ本には「低圧力鍋用」と「高圧力鍋用」の2種類のレシピが書かれていて、
料理時間の違いは1分〜5分ですが、このクリプソは「低圧力鍋」に分類されると、
買った後に気がつきました。そんなに変わりないのかもしれませんが、
気になったのでレビューに書いておきます。

前の圧力鍋のパッキンがだめになったので、新しい物と思い購入しました!
前のはシューシューと音がしてたのですが、この圧力鍋は最初にピンが上がると火を緩めるだけで、音も静かで驚きました。
早速作ったカレーも、いらなくなった野菜をバンバン入れて煮込んだのですが、肉もしっとり、野菜はトロンと溶けて美味しく出来ました。
圧力鍋は壊そうだけれど、この圧力鍋は蓋の開け閉めもボタン一つで簡単だし、とても取り掛かりやすい品だと思います。
