イース完全版の完全な続編。と言うわけで前作をプレイしてないと訳がわからない部分もあります。1のレビューでも書きましたが、こちらもあくまで過去の作品。やっぱり現在のゲームに比べると基本的な部分では見劣りします。シンプルなゲームが好きと言う方もいるとは思いますが。
前作は体当たり一辺倒の戦闘システムでしたが、今作では魔法が登場。攻撃魔法（1つしかないけど）は敵を自動で追尾してくれるのでまるでシューティングゲームのような爽快感があります。
ストーリ面は前作の謎がすべて解け、古代イースを舞台にした物語が完結します。終盤~EDは感動モノ。

またオリジナルでも好評のOPムービーは音楽を含め凄まじい出来。
コレだけでも見る価値ありです。

　1と2を購入して連続プレイしました。システムこそ古典的なARPGですが，練り込まれたストーリー，底意地の悪い謎解きや，延々と続くレベル上げとは無縁な，テンポよく安心してプレイできる名作中の名作と断言します。
　ただ，いきなり2からプレイしても，イマイチなんとことかわからないゲームになってしまうと思います。1からの伏線バリバリですからねぃ。以前リリースされていたイース・エターナルのように，1と2のセット版に統一してリリースした方がいいような気がしてしまいます。
　PC88版とかでやりこんだ方はもちろん，初めてこのゲームを目にした方も，ぜひ1と2を通してプレイしてもらいたいものです。「こんなゲームもあるんだなぁ」と満足してエンディングを迎えられると思います。
　昔を知る方なら，オープニングムービーだけで感涙ものです，はい。
