1998年にソロ活動を開始してから2003年までの約五年間の間に発表されたソロ曲を集めたベスト版です。全体的に激しい曲が多く、声の変遷も楽しめると思いますがエリちゃんのCD全部持っている人には未発表曲一曲だけなので物足りないかも。だからこそドンストからの三曲のシングルPVとメイキングが収録されたDVD付きをお楽しみ下さい!かっこいいエリちゃん、大人になったエリちゃん、体鍛えまくってたエリちゃんなど楽しめると思います!

ＳＰＥＥＤ時代のようにヒット曲は残せませんでしたが、
なかなかいい曲が多く、このＢＥＳＴもなかなかの完成度！
ただ、あなたは一体何がやりたいの？っていう感じもありますね。。
それがソロで成功しなかった原因なのかな？
