子どもと遊ぶ百人一首を選ぶために購入しました。決め手は練習用、鑑賞用ＣＤがあること。かるたで定評のある奥野の商品だということです。かるたは紙製で絵柄はあっさりして落ち着いた色調です。紙製なので耐久性の星をひとつ減らしました。

練習用ＣＤは落ち着いた男性の声で、上の句と下の句の間をあけてゆっくり詠んでいます。２０首ほどしか憶えていない子どもには、やや速いペースでしたが、ＰＣ再生でストップをかけながら取るようにした為、段々とスピードも上がってきました。ＣＤは観賞用ともに大変満足しました。

しおりとして、任天堂のハンドサイズのものが付いています。百人一首とは、遊び方、句の作者順に内容の解説と作者の略歴が書いてあります。憶え方、上の句と下の句が対応したページもあり、競技用としても十分使えます。子どもと二人でも競技用ＣＤがあるので、練習が出来ました。百人一首の勉強にも大変役に立ったと思います。
