『TIME TO GO』までのリップは、ヤングでソウルで、気が利いてて、かなりあからさまなポジティビティもまったく照れるどころか、思惑通りアップリフトされていた訳で…。しかしそんな彼らも20代後半に差しかかり、そして時代は、危機感を感じてて当たり前の昨今である。そこでリップが何にフォーカスしたかというと、分かりやすく聴こえる大部分に生音をもってきた。

   アコギ、エレキ、生ドラム風のオーガニックなスネア。大人っぽくメロウな印象の楽曲たち。「Dandelion」に象徴的な、今最も大切なものは何か？ の表現の率直さはクリアな新機軸だ。けれでもリップは、言葉による「泣き」は頑ななまでに注入しない。音や質感が琴線を震わすことはあっても、だ。そうした彼らの潔癖さを愛する人は本作を長く聴けるはず。（石角友香）

何度聞いても飽きない。
メインで聞いてもいいし、BGMでもいけます。
「黄昏サラウンド」「GALAXY」「Dandelion」はもちろんの事、アルバムになるとどうしてもシングルで売れた曲以外はいまいちピンとこない・・と言うのが多いのですがリップスライムさん（得にこのMASTERPIECE）はすべてにおいて完成度が高いです。
個人的に「M・I・L・K」「Mellow Morrow」「Unknown」「（ボーナストラック）朝焼けサラウンド」がオススメです。
結局すべて良いんですけどね。
最近ラップを取り入れた歌手が増えてきていますが、彼らは本当に実力があると私は思います。
ちょっとエッチなものからメッセージ性の強いものまで歌詞もバラエティに富んでいてメロディーからも歌詞からも励まされるものが多いです。買って損はないですね。リップスライムさんに馴染みがない方もこれ１枚買ってみれば彼らの良さがわかると思います。
