　ザク系の最終到達点となる怪物的進化の果て、それがサザビーの特徴である。逆シャア時代のMSはどれもファーストガンダムの時のに比べてだいたい２回りほど大きく、中でもサザビーは大きい盾、背中に背負ったファンネルコンテナもあって、更に輪をかけてボリュームがある。その為この値段も仕方ないだろう。
　キットは良く出来ているのだが、ケンプファーやキュベレイほど曲面処理を追い込めていない。元々のデザインが針でつつけば空気が噴出しそうな、パンパンに膨張した印象なのだが、現物は初期のゲルググ同様、面の膨らみが足らず、いささか貧相な感じがしてしまうのだ。顕著なのが肩アーマーで、妙に角ばったものとなってしまっているのがとても残念。
　それでも全てを組上げた時には、そんなことなどどうでも良くはなってしまった。やはりコレこそが巨大キットの醍醐味という奴だ。デカイことはいいことなのだ。注意点だが、塗装派の人はそうとう気合をいれないと挫折するかもしれない。なにせパーツが異様に多い（６個のファンネルまで展開するし、パイプもある･･･）ので、いくら塗っても終らないのだ。事前に時間を十分に捻出しておくことをおすすめする。

　でかいです。箱もですが、キットも。劇中のサザビーをいたるとこまで再現してます。バーニアの可動はもちろん、足首や肘のダンパー、足首にある前後のツメもしっかり動きます。ビームトマホークはクリアパーツでちゃんと二種類ついてきます。指は全指可動です。まさにこれでもか！といわんばかりの表現です。出来ないのは、コクピットの開閉は出来るものの、脱出ポットは固定です。あとビスどめがありますので、ドライバーのご用意を。

ＭＧの１／１００サイズとはいえ、他のモデルよりも１目で大きいと分かる。「だから値段が高いのか？」というと、そうではない。ちゃんと高い理由が存在する。開閉式のコックピットや、モノアイ、指先の可動などは序の口、上腕部にはダンパーのギミックが与えられ、背面はファンネルコンテナとして巧みに動く。さらに、その背面にセットされる着脱可能なファンネルのそれぞれに、細かな開閉機能を持たせており、素組みでも映えるその勇姿は、存在感よりも臨場感と表現したい。
