30歳半ばですが、書をはじめたくて購入しました。起筆の入筆角度や、突き起こし、筆の弾力をつかった縦画の引き方など、基本的なところの練習に、わざわざ紙を使っていると大変なので、重宝しました。４枚ほど練習ボードがあり、裏表が使えるため、次々に書いても程よく乾燥して字が消えます。初級の域を越えてくると、逆に字が消えてしまうために練習しづらい（どこが悪かったのか検討できない）ので、筆に慣れるまでの品ですが、それでも「墨を使うほどの時間がない」ときに、チョコっと練習するために使っています。少々乱暴に扱っても使用に支障なく、耐久性も十分だと思います。付属の細筆は書きにくいので、かな練習をするなら、別に購入されるのが良いでしょう。中筆は、まずまず実用的です。

習字を習い始めた娘の為に購入。
水で書くという点が汚れなくって良い。いつでも好きな時に書けます。
筆を走らせた感触は、特に違和感無しです。
又、２〜３分ほどで消えてしまうので効率も良いです。
ボードは基本の「留め」や「はらい」、ひらがな等も薄く載っていて練習に役立ちます。
又、写真ではわかりづらいですが、裏面は半紙の様になっていて、自由に文字が書けます。
後、お手本と筆が大小１本ずつ付いてます。
大人でもハマります。良い商品と出会えました。

三年生になってから、科目に習字が入るので筆を持ったことがない子供のために、購入しました。（お絵かきの筆とは持ち方が違うことなどを私って欲しかった）まず、筆の持ち方、姿勢を教えて、手を取って書かせてみました。汚すことも気にならないので、親子とも楽しく利用できました。耐久性はまだ、数回しか使っていないので判りませんが、初心者には十分な筆がついていました。
