持ち手が柔らかい素材でできているので、プラスチックの持ち手と違い、手が痛くなったりしないので、非常に握りやすい。また二つで500円台という低価格も非常に魅力的。
またハンドグリップでのトレーニングには、自分の握力の半分程度のものが最適です（強すぎると握る回数が減り、弱すぎると無駄に握る回数が多くなり、効率が悪い）。
なので最大握力が40kgくらいの人は、最初はこの20kgでトレーニングするのがいいと思います。

普段運動してない20代男性でこれがちょうど良かった。
専門的なことはわかりませんが、女性や体力に自信のない人は30キロはきついでしょう。
これはちょうどいいんじゃないですか。
力がついてもの足りなくなったらもう１つ買えばいいし。二つともかなり安いしね。
握る部分はスポンジで握りやすいです。いい買い物でした。
