私はフラを踊るので、習う曲が入ったCDをたくさん持っています。で、フラの練習のときはいいのですが、仕事で疲れた時なんかに、ハワイアンでもかけてゆっくりするか~、と思っても、普通一枚のCDのなかに、癒し系のゆったりとした曲もアップテンポの曲も色々とりまぜて入ってますよね。かといって、いかにも癒しを求める人をターゲットにしてるっぽいCDはあまり好きではないし。この「ベスト・オブ・メレフラ」は、癒し系の曲が中心で、少々アップテンポの曲もリラックスにちょうどいい感じ。シーズンも問わないし、リプレイにセットして、何時間もかけっぱなし。フラのスタンダードナンバーだから、気が向けば何曲かおどってみたり。休日のお供にあなたもいかがですか？
