KJM人脈恐るべし…
世界のトップアーティストたちがKJMのためにカバーやオリジナル曲の書き下ろしをしてくれています。
restless soul feat. Rasiyah「Time To Fly」はPhil Asherらしいメロディアスで歌心あふれるハウストラック。
Rasiyahの力みのない歌声がすんなりしみこんできます。
「No Fear」を歌うFaceは4hero「Star Chasers」などでおなじみ。
KJMの新録カヴァー「Endless Flight」もかっこいい！！（オリジナルはRodney Franklin。）
ブラジリアン・フュージョンが得意なDa Lataによる「Ronco Da Cuica」。
色んな才能を持ち合わせているDomu「Taking Flight」はメロディアスでスペイシーながら、
Domuらしいブリブリベースと変則打ちビートが個性を感じさせる一曲。
スウェーデンからはMarkus Enochsonが、女性ウケ抜群のメロウ・ハウス「Listen 4 It」を。
4heroのDegoとBugzのKaidi Tatham、二人の天才が組んで放つのはダークでクールな「Come With Me」。
女性ヴォーカルなのでハードすぎず聴けます。
Reel Peopleのライブでは定番曲、KJM Live Setでもおなじみになっている
「Tomorrow Never Comes」は、後にも先にもここにしか収録されていません。

私が特に好きなのはAfronaught「Now Or Never」。
Bugz In The Atticの中核であるOrin Waltersの別名義です。
ジワジワと高揚感を煽る名曲「Transcend Me」にも通じるスペイシーなBrokenbeatzナンバーです。
「Dreams Come True」が知られるAlison Davidをフィーチャーした歌モノ。

豪華な顔ぶれによる「一曲入魂」、もちろん捨て曲はありません。
いつ聴いても色あせない、でも一曲一曲が調和したコンセプチャルなコンピです。
本当に贅沢な音楽ってこういうのじゃないかなぁ。

そうそうたる海外ミュージシャンたちが
KJMのためにつくった名曲の数々。
ディープなハウス、クロスオーバージャズファンのみならず
ポップスやソウル好きにもきっとはまると思います。
なぜか日本人好みな、せつないコード展開がぐっとくる
「TIME TO FLY」「LISTEN 4 IT」が特に好き。おすすめです。

なんと 参加アーティスト全員が書き下ろしで新曲を提供。
KJMの世界的なネットワークが超豪華な顔合わせを実現した。
彼らのインターナショナルなポジションがこの一枚によって再認識される筈。KJM最新楽曲も同時収録！！
