舞台は北海道の初冬。優しい恋人に甘えっぱなしの自分をいけないと思い、さよならを言おうと一度は決心した女。北海道人・道産子にとっては、雪はいつも「白」とは限らない。ある意味それは「悪夢」でもあり「暗黒」なものでもあり、ネガティブなものでもある。そして北海道の初冬に舞う雪は、いよいよ冬が来るという覚悟でもあり、冬という眠りの季節への希望でもあり、春への期待でもあるのだ。あえて雪を「白い」と修飾するのは人の真心や恋心はピュアなものであれ、という願望なのかも知れない。あなたの手のひら　溶けて消える　そんな恋で良かった♪・・・最後のフレーズがこの作品の印象を強くしている。松山千春作詞・作曲作品を香西かおりが歌う。
