ジャケットから見てハリウッドの素敵な女性がヨガをしているのかと思えば、実際には日本人のヨガインストラクターが指導していてなんかガッカリ…
内容もヨガというよりはフィットネスクラブのヨガ風ストレッチといった感じでした。
ヨガウェアを紹介するコーナーもあって、一体どんなDVDを作りたかったんだろうと考えてしまいました。

体が固くても無理なくあっという間に
終わることが出来ました。
子供と一緒にやっても楽しそう。
柔軟性にはあまり関係なく、バランスが鍛えられそうです。
今まで本格的なヨガＤＶＤばかりを
見てきたので、ホッとする内容です。
辛い体勢で呼吸をする、というのもヨガの醍醐味ですが、
本ＤＶＤのように、エアロビヨガみたいのも
楽しいな~と感じました。あきませんよ。
ただ、インストラクターの女性が、静止するポーズで
ぐらぐらしたりして、ちょっと危なげなかったです（笑）。
ただ、この内容なら１９８０円位が妥当なのでは。。。
と感じ★２つ減らしました。

ヨガ初挑戦で、はじめの何回かはDVDのテンポについていけ
ませんでした。毎日はできないので２日に１回ほどの頻度
でやっていましたがひどかった肩こりがなくなりました。
年末年始とさぼっていたら肩こりが再発。やっぱりヨガって
いいんだなぁと実感しました。
しかし、ダイエットになるのかは今のところ？？？です。
でも、やること自体は全く無駄ではないようなのであきらめずに
続けたいと思っています。
