少なくとも、この世には4人の天才が存在していることを
確信できるアルバムです。

彼等にしか出せないサウンド、空気、歌詞、メッセージ・・・。
曲目の構成も素晴らしい、まさに動と静のコラボレーション。

歴代のアルバムの持つ販売枚数記録を塗り替えること必至！

とにかく聴いてみて下さい。

U2の新作がまもなく発売される、私自身かれこれ24年と言う長い間彼ら
の作る音楽と向き合って来ました。デビュー当時ステージで白旗を担ぎながら
熱唱した彼ら、WARでテロリストを批判し英国の年老いた退役軍人のパレードを爆破して何が革命だと叫んだ彼ら、焔でキング牧師に傾倒し彼の功績を称え平和を訴えた彼ら、ヨシュアートゥリーで君が居てもいなくても生きていけないと悲痛な愛を歌った彼ら、アクトンベイビーからPOPまでの後期3部作では今までのスタイルを一度解体し彼らの考えうるありとあらゆる実験を繰り返しテクノやポップミュージックの領域にまで足を突っ込み、その結果自らがポップスターを演じそしてその馬鹿げたありさまを風刺した彼ら、前作のALL　THAT
YOU　CAN’T　LEAVE　BEHINDでは心が砕けても歩くんだ！歩き続けろ！
と訴えた彼ら、その全てがU2であり彼らの軌跡だった様に思えます。
U2の作品はその時代時代を反映した鏡の様な作品を発表する事で今もなお、ロックシーンのトップに君臨し続けられたのではないでしょうか？　そして今回もそんな作品を期待しています。
まだリリース前の段階なので評価はできません
から星は1個と言う事で。音を聞く前での評価はアルバム毎に脳みその汁を
搾り出す様な思いをして作品化するアーティストにとって本位ではないと私自身感じているからです。リリース後また書き込みしたいと思っています。

いつもファンを待たせるだけ待たして、期待感を膨らまさせると、その期待を大きく裏切り、ファンにまで変化を求めて転がり続ける、それがＵ２。一度Ｕ２の追っかけをはじめると、もうやめられません。ともかくどんなアルバムになるか、想像して待つこの時間を楽しみましょう。きっとその期待を裏切ってくれる最高の作品を出してくれることでしょう。
