一聴しての感想はxtcまんまじゃん　と感じたが彼らほどひねてなく聴きやすい。とにかく曲がいい！新人が軒並み出てくる昨今ですが、彼らほど曲が書けるバンドは少数です。注目が低いが一部のファンには確実に支持を受けることでしょう。音楽って楽しいと素直に言えるアルバムです。　　
　ちなみにこのus版はエンハンスド仕様でビデオクリップが３曲収録されています（どれも微妙なセンスですが‥）uk版よりも一曲多いいしお勧めです。

XTCの「Nonsuch」とTALKING HEADSの「LITTLE CREATURES」をブレンドしたようなポップロック。
つまり、ニューウェイヴだけどパンク色が少なく、美しいメロディが耳にやさしい宮殿風ポップロックってこと。
最近のニューウェイブ・リヴァイバル勢の中では目を惹くようなインパクトはないが、ビックリするほど豪華な声を持っています。
XTCのアンディとTALKING HEADSのバーン、B-52'sのケイトが歌ってるの？って思うほどなのだから。
このブームが終わったとしても彼らはその美しいメロディと声を武器にさらに磨きがかかりそうなセンスを持っている。
上質で気品に満ちたキラキラした音楽に、ちょっと貴族チックに浸ってみてはいかがでしょう。
