　’７２年発表の４th。
　本作を一聴して、まず感じられるのは、アルバム１枚を通して一つのトータル･コンセプトとして捕らえて制作されているのが、如実に明らかであるという点だ。よって、アルバムの完成度が更に上がっている。
　結果的にGREG　LAKEのアコースティック･ギターによる弾き語りや、朗々とした歌唱の印象が強いが、それも楽曲が優れているからであり、特に今まで以上にピアノを多用した繊細なアレンジが施されているからであろう。
　それ故、代表曲であり、カヴァー曲の6やそれ以降の曲でのKEITH　EMERSONのシンセサイザー･ワークでは、凄まじいまでの迫力が際立って聴こえ、いかにもEL&Pといった演奏を存分に堪能出来る。
　音楽的な幅の広さを全面に見せ、バンドの充実期を象徴するかのような、意欲に満ちた作風となっている。
