ジャケット写真や歌詞カードなどの影響もあるのしょう･･
「白」がとても似合う一枚に仕上がっていると思います。
陽が差し込むベッドで白いシーツにくるまった朝。
そんな「心地良さ」を具えた曲を伸びのある声で楽しませてくれます。

ホントに気持ちよくなれるのびやかなvocalを堪能出来ます。
いいものはいいというスタンスがあって
JAZZをカバーしたりするセンスの良さもいいです。
今後が楽しみなアーティストです。
これが気に入った場合は『The note of my eighteen years』も
聴いてみることをおすすめします。

最近ますます衰退の一途を辿っているＧＩＺＡ。その中において、他社・他者にはない、「よい声質」「よいメロディー」「よい外見」というビーイングの伝統を存分に感じさせてくれるＧＩＺＡの名盤。
魅力溢れる声質をもって、時に２・３曲目のようにさわやかに、時に５曲目のように元気に、時に４・７・９曲目のように力強さと悲しみを感じさせながら各曲を丁寧い歌い上げていく様に、惹きこまれずにはいられない。確かな歌唱力もさることながら、やはり聞き手をひきつけてやまない圧倒的な声の魅力が、後藤康二を主軸とした作曲家の作り上げる良曲の質を格段に押し上げているといえるだろう。発売前には、「柔軟性にかける歌唱と曲調とによって、均質的な曲ばかりが集まった単調な作品になるのでは」と勝手に危惧したのだが、製作人の尽力と竹井さんの歌い手としての魅力がそれを見事に払拭してくれた。
「蜜月」「時の砂」「二人のＳｕｎｎｙ　Ｄａｙ」といったアルバムオリジナル曲のできもよく、収録各曲に隙はない。
それにしても彼女の歌唱には惚れ惚れとさせられる。恍惚状態になってしまうといってもいいだろう。これほどまでの声の魅力の持ち主は、業界広しといえど、そうはいない。今作の唯一の不満は、ジャケ写の少なさかぐらい。
おそらく音楽的な完成度とか曲のバランスとかに関しては、今作よりも上の作品は多々あるだろう。しかし、「より愛すべき作品」「長きにわたり聞き続けることのできる作品」という観点に立った場合、今作は紛れもなくＧＩＺＡの作品の中でも最上級ではないだろうか。
とにかく、声質歌メロ重視のＧＩＺＡファンなら、迷わずチェックしていただきたい作品。
