普段あまりこういう音楽は聴かないのですが、すばらしいの一言です。
ボーイソプラノの美しいことといったら･･･この世のものとは思えません。
歌っている少年たちですが、全く妥協というものが感じられません。
私のように、ふだんオーケストラ等をよく聞く人でも、十分満足できるクオリティの高さだとおもいます。
曲も、日本人に親しみやすいものばかりなのではないでしょうか。
是非ＣＤを買って、全曲通して聞いていただきたい、推薦版です。

Liberaの曲は部屋で静かに目を閉じて聴きたくなる。どんなに疲れていても彼らの歌声に心が癒されていく。
前作「Luminosa」でソロで活躍していたスティーヴン・ジェラーティ君はもう出てくれていないかも~と心配していたら、クラリネットや音楽アシスタントとして参加してくれていて、それだけで涙がこぼれるくらい嬉しかったです。恋か？恋なのか？と思うくらい彼の歌声に惹かれてしまったので、今作はどんな気持ちになるかと思っていました。けれどそんな不安はまったくの無用でした！
「free」は前作に勝るとも劣らない出来だと思います。「I am the day」でソロとして歌っているベン・グローリー君の声は自然に心の中に染み込んでくるような感じです。
有名どころでは、ホルストの「ジュピター」が「I vow to Thee My Country｣として収録されていて、ベン・グローリー君がソロとして美しく、切なく歌いあげていました。本当にLiberaに出会えたことに感謝したいです。そしてできるなら彼らの歌声を生で聞きたいです！

5.0 out of 5 stars どんな言葉も陳腐になりますが, 2005/4/13
2作目より切なく歌いあげるソリストたち。このCDで歌っているトップソリストたちのほとんどは変声してしまったけど、また今は新しい声の持ち主達が育っていっています。繰り返し繰り返し聴いていくうちにまた彼らの声を好きになっていきます。

とにかく、選曲の良さと特筆すべきボーイズソプラノ。
今年聴いたなかで最高のアルバムでした。
