保温カバーとやらは底がないため保温能力は低く、言う程煮込むことはできません。同じ金を払うならシャトルシェフを買う事をオススメします。

料理の腕があがったかと勘違いしちゃう位に、購入後、いきなりおいしい料理を毎日作っています。
ごぼうやにんじんなどの根野菜は洗ったときの水分だけで蓋をして弱火にて無水料理。
その後肉や野菜と少量の調味料を入れて少し煮るだけで味のしみた煮物が簡単に出来上がりました。野菜もふっくらしているのが嬉しい。
今まで購入しなかったことに後悔さえしてしまいます。
