僕は、1994年の東京ドームでBOOWYの曲をやったことに疑問を感じ
「Missing Piece」に「~BLIND HORSE」が2バージョン入っていることに疑問を感じ
「I・DE・A」を最後に氷室京介の動向を追いかけるのを止めた人間ですが
ふとした機会にこの曲を聴き、ものすごい衝撃を受けました。
自分のような者がこんな言い方するのもおこがましいですが、
「氷室京介健在！」を感じ、なんとも言えない嬉しさを感じました。

この曲には、1度氷室京介を聴かなくなった自分のような人間にも
聴かなくなってから発表された近年の作品を聴いてみようと思わせるに
十分な緊張感と説得力がありました。

何かのきっかけで氷室京介を聴くことを止めてしまった人達に
特に薦めたい一曲です。

　ドラマ、邦画などをあまり観ない私にとっては、本当に初めて触れる新曲でした。メロディもドラマティックで氷室らしい曲に仕上がっていると思います。ライヴでも盛り上がりのナンバーになりそうな予感なので、手元に置いてばっちり暗記することをお勧めします。
　私個人的には、シングル曲よりもアルバム曲の方が過去10枚いずれもお気に入りになっているので、1日も早くニューアルバムをリリースして欲しいです。
　尚、カップリング曲はバラード仕立ての曲なのですが、氷室のバラードに誰が批評をはさむ隙間があるでしょうか？流石の1曲です。

やはり氷室節は健在でした！待ちに待った１年ぶりのＮＥＷシングルはまさに氷室さん（地元・群馬の人はみな「さん」付けで呼びます。布袋さんも同じです。）の集大成、といった趣の最高の作品。激しいイントロ、ミドルで切ない歌い出し、思わずヘッドバンキングしたくなる壮大で豪快なサビ！、そしてクライマックスを迎えるエンディング・・・・と全く隙がありません。近年の作品中でも最高傑作では？

カップリングの2も1とは対照的ながら、やはり素晴らしいです。

また「アノ」声も衰えるどころかますます輝きを増しています。
