   セント・ルナティックスのクルーで最大のそして唯一の目立ったメンバーは、ラップとR&Bを融合させ、予想はできるものの楽しめるアルバム『Suit』をまとめてきた。同時リリースのアルバム『Sweat』はクラブの男性ギャングに焦点をあてているが、こちらは女性ギャング向けのものだ。『Sweat』よりも叙情的な『Suit』は、よりソフトで、より理性的で、セント・ルイスのお気に入りの息子のあまり派手でない面を見せている。「Die for You」をチェックしてみよう。これは若さに向けたネリーの賛歌で、カリプソ風の内省的な「In My Life」では、バンドの仲間とチャンキーな宝石の向こうにいる世界的なラップの君主の横顔がさらに暴露されている。ネリーの独特な癖は、バックの美しいコーラスに隠れてかすみがちだ。「My Place」でのJahiemは現代のテディ・ペンターグラスのようだし、「Nobody Knows」のアンソニー・ハミルトンは彼がコンテンポラリー・ソウルのポピュラー歌手としてあまりにも低い評価をされていると思い出させる。ネリーが彼の中西部のスタイルをさらに多くのオーディエンスに紹介するつもりだと言った時、彼はいたって本気だった。カントリー界のスター、ティム・マッグロウまでも「Over and Over」の競演に参加している。（Dalton Higgins, Amazon.com）

2年振りとなるNellyの新作です♪
2枚同時発売でこちらはR&B寄りの仕上がりになっています。
先行シングルの”My Place"は以前大ヒットした”Dilemma feat Kelly Rowland"のようなHIP HOPとR&Bがうまく組み合っていると思います☆
メロディアスなのが好きな人はこちらがお薦めです♪
PVも同時発売の『Sweat』の先行シングルと繋がるような作品になっていてそこにも注目!?

２枚出したアルバムが１、２フィニッシュというのもさすがですが、やっぱりNellyの声がさすがです。
アゲアゲなHipHopの“Sweat”に比べてこちらはシックで大人な雰囲気が素晴らしくきれい。Nellyのやさしいラップが体を包んでいく感じ。全曲がこんな感じのキラーチューン。
疲れて帰ってきたときに流したりするのも贅沢だと思います。
当然“Sweat”もノれるヒップホップが満載なのでオススメです。

Nellyばかにする人って結構多いですよね。実際下でもSnoopの方がみたいな事書いてる方がいますがね。SnoopにはSnoopの良さ、NellyにはNellyの良さがあるのです!!ま、なんしか全曲良い。中でもMy Placeや５曲目なんかも良いですね。Ronald Isley featでRonald節も炸裂です。ま、アマゾンなら値段も安いし試聴もできるし買ってみては??G-Rap好きにもおすすめです。
