5.0 out of 5 stars 大幅に改善されたＯＶＡ＋貴重な巴里花組ディナーショウ映像, 2004/10/22
　前作のＯＶＡシリーズでは作画のレベルの低さや強引なストーリー展開が批判されましたが、この作品の完成度には満足できました。
また初回特典の「２００３巴里花組ディナーショウ映像」は声優ファンには非常に嬉しいものでした。

＜引き込まれるストーリーとセンスのある演出＞
　
　オープニングから劇場版を思わせる演出、そして「御旗のもとに」を使用したＯＰ映像などファンの声を反映した素晴らしい演出でした。
（多少作画が気になる部分もありましたが、前シリーズと比較すればかなり少なくなっています）
また、ストーリーも引き込まれてゆくような内容で、今後の作品リリースが楽しみです。

＜各登場人物の「個性」が活かされた脚本＞

　前ＯＶＡシリーズではメインのキャラクター以外は「ほとんど台詞がなく、個性が活かされていない」内容で、ある意味ファンの期待を大きく裏切りました。
しかし、今作ではメインでないキャラクターにも「平等に出番がありました。」

加えてキャラクターの個性を活かした台詞も多く、
「ファンが期待していたのはコレ！」という満足できる作品に仕上がっています。

＜声優ファンならこれだけでも購入価値がある「特典ディスク」＞

　初回版に付属する「サクラ大戦ディナーショウ　２００３巴里のクリスマス」のダイジェスト映像。
この映像は声優ファンにとってはある意味ＯＶＡ本編よりも満足できる内容かもしれません。

　個人的には特典のディスクだけでも購入する価値があったと思います。（声優さんにあまり関心がない方は別ですが、、、）

　前シリーズと比較して大幅に改善されたＯＶＡ＋声優ファンには大変貴重な特典ディスク。
　この作品はサクラ大戦ファン＆巴里花組声優さんファンにオススメできる充実した内容だと思います。

　今回は花火メインの作品です。今話では「サクラ大戦３」「エコール・ド・巴里」に続く新たな脅威を予感させます。
　今回初登場の花火の父にコクリコが訴えたことは？そして父が見たかったものとは?
　何だかんだ言いながらも花火の話に付き合ってしまう、華撃団の面々もチェックしてみてください。

よくもこれだけの話の内容を30分に詰め込んだと関心してしまいます。しかも上手にまとまっています。主役は花火ですがエリカのボケっぷりは前作のOVAを上回ってます。オープニングにしても「ゲームのサクラ大戦3しか認めない！」っていう人にも１度は見ていただきたい良い出来です。個人的にはサーカス中の花火の衣装がかっこいいので気に入ってます（必見）。

サクラ大戦３のOVAの第２段です。前作ではあまりでなかった花火が活躍するので楽しみです！しかしまだ期待なので３星つです。
