Windows VISTAをインストールしているパソコンに、MM-SPU2WHスピーカーをつなぎました。
サンワサプライのホームページでは、VISTA対応と書いていたのですが、
Xear3Dをインストールすることができず、
VISTA標準ドライバでは最小音量の「1」でもボリュームが大きすぎました。

他の人のレビューにあるとおり、XPでのサウンドは素晴らしかったです。
ただ、VISTA用に買う人は注意が必要です。

USBを差し込むだけで認識してすぐ使えたので始めは付属のCD-ROMを放っておいたのですが、マニュアルを読むとなにやらソフトをインストールすれば5.1chのサラウンドが楽しめるとのこと。で、早速実行すると・・・俄然音の印象が良くなります（もちろん実行前でもなかなかの音質です）。部屋にあわせたリスニングポイントの設定、音響設定（27種類）やロック、クラシックなどのイコライザ設定（12種類）などでだいぶ変化を楽しめるのではないかと思います。カーステっぽいかも。ただし重低音が望めないので星四つです（このコストなら妥協できます）。

PC周りのケーブルがうざくなって、電源いらずのUSBスピーカーに買い換えました。
0.5W+0.5wだなんて、たぶんノートパソコンみたいな音なんだろうな、と思ってたら、意外に
クリアかつ結構それなりの厚みもある音で、2000円程度の古いスピーカーを使ってた耳には
割にいい音でした。これに味を占めて、他メーカーの同価格帯のUSBスピーカーをもう一個買いましたが
こちらは予想通り、USBスピーカーらしくいかにもクリアな音だけど、ペラペラの音でした。
電源スイッチも音量調整つまみも、ヘッドホンジャックも付いてない単純なスピーカーですが、
音を鳴らす、と言う基本機能はまあまあいいんじゃないでしょうか?
本体の質感も値段の割にいい感じで、チープなくせに背伸びをしたありがちな感じが無く、デザインの関係か
設置したときしっかり座った感じがしてよろしいですな。（大きさの割に重めのボディです）

と言うことで、同一価格帯のスピーカーを買うなら、こいつを選択肢に入れてもいいと思います。
特にデザインやケーブルの取り回しのシンプルさを評価ポイントに含める人なら、かなりいい感じかと。
