EGO-WRAPPPIN'をジャズのバンドだと思ってる人がけっこういると思うんですが、
彼らは「なんでもできるロックバンド」なんだと思います。

BLUE SPEAKERでは「EGOLOGY」というレイジ譲りのギタースクラッチを取り入れたミクスチャーロック、
His choice of shoes is ill!では
ポップなR&B「BYRD」、SWING FOR JOYのロックナンバー「官能漂流」と、ラップやロック等の音楽を貪欲

に取り入れた彼らの音楽性が大好きな自分としては、今作はメジャーの世界にあぐらをかくことのない彼らを見ることができて、とてもうれしいです。

とりあえず・・・Dog Smokie最高と・・・。

いままでのEGO-WRAPPIN'とは方向性が違う作品。
色々意見があるかと思われますが、よくまとまっていて
長く聴ける作品です。

ヘッドホンで聴くと空気感まで伝わってきて、とても心地良いです。
次に期待できる作品だと思います。

これまでのエゴ・ラッピンが形作ってきた王道の直球ど真ん中をさけ、ナックルボールを応酬してくるような作品ではあるが、全体の質感は非常にポップ。素晴らしい出来であると思う。ただ、「くちばしにチェリー」のようなフックの強い曲がないので、とっつきにくい作品ではあると思う。その分、アルバム全体としての質感が保たれており、アルバムを通して楽しめる作品。ゆっくりと味わうのが良し。
