   四国を代表する河川である四万十川は、日本最後の清流と呼ばれる美しさを誇る。「四万十ひのき」は、その四万十川を臨みながら、百年ちかい時間をかけて育つ最高級のひのき。それを用いたテーブルウェアやキッチンウェアなどを開発・販売しているのが「土佐龍」だ。中でもまな板は充実のラインアップだが、その中から軽量で使いやすく、取っ手がついて使い勝手もよい薄型のまな板といえばこちらの製品となる。

   普段の料理の際にはもちろん、お客様の前でチーズなどを切ったりするときにも使える、カジュアルでいて凛とした存在感が印象的。ハンドル部分には桜材を使用したため、ツートンカラーになっているのもおしゃれだ。

   ひのきのまな板は、ひのきに含まれる「ヒノキオイル」のおかげで、水切れがよく乾燥に強い。さらに油脂に含まれる成分「アルファピネン」「ボルネオール」が、カビ、雑菌、虫の繁殖なども防いでくれるので、清潔に保てるのもうれしい。（櫻田もんがい）

このまな板使って4ヶ月になります。薄型で軽いので、以前使っていたまな板（太め）に比べ取り扱いがとても楽です。乾くのもとってもはやいですよ！プラスチックのまな板も持ってますが、何を切ってもこのまな板の切れ味が断然良いです。置く場所さえあれば、サイズ違いでもう一つ欲しいところです。

いままでは合成樹脂の重いものを使っていましたがこれはいい。
梱包を開いた途端から木のいい香りが漂ってきました。
軽くてすぐ乾くし言うことナッシンです。大きいサイズも購入します。

包丁購入と合わせて購入しました
切れ味を持続させるなら、プラスチィック製よりは木のまな板が良いと書いてあったので
購入しました。
使用感　○
耐久度　○　（使ったらかけて干しておけば）
大きさ　○　（大きくもなく小さくもなく、１８ｃｍの包丁を使用）
香り　　○　（檜の香りと木の香りがいい）
包丁の刃あたりはさすが木は最高です。

欠点をいえば、木とプラスチック製と比べれば重い
　　　　　　　食器洗機には入らん（まぁ反り返りそうでやらないですがｗ）
　　　　　　　置く場所が多少困るかなって感じですかね（Ｓ字フックで解決）
