メロディは悪くないのに歌詞が意味不明。
結果として（大山のぶ代の）ドラえもんに引導を渡してしまった曲だと思う。

この曲はドラえもんのエンディングテーマで、息子と一緒に見ていたら、
口ずさんでしまうくらい、ノリも良くて、歌も良くて、歌詞は｛うなぎ｝
などと、普通に歌うと恥ずかしいのですが、良い曲です！！これは本当です！
　私は、あまりダブルユーには興味が無かったのですが、この曲は
おすすめです！買っても、後悔はしない曲だと思います★

2.0 out of 5 stars ドラえもんには合わない(ドラえもんと遭ってしまった), 2004/12/24
この曲はドラえもんのエンディングテーマとして起用されたのですが、
はっきり言ってドラえもんとは全くあっていないです。
まずイメージが違います。ドラえもんは決してノリだけで作られた作品ではありません。
また、「なまず」が随所に出てきますが、「なまず」と「ドラえもん」のどこに関係する点があるのでしょうか？
歌詞も冷静に考えてみると明るい曲だという事は分かりますが歌詞の意味が全く分かりません。
つんく氏は何故このような曲をドラえもんに捧げたのかがいまでも理解できません。

ただし、耳に残る曲であることは確かであり、
ドラえもんと全く接点がないと考えれば評価は３です。

今回の曲はドラえもんのエンディング曲という事もあり、元気で明るい曲である。こんなことがあったらいいな！と思う事を詩にしたカワイくてダブルユーらしい一曲だ。
