ボーカルは女性。
声質の多彩さは女性だからこそ。
彼女のデスヴォイスは必聴モノ。
重く激しいサウンドも、かなりかっこいい。

ただ、演出としてセリフとかが多く入っていた部分で、少々間延びした。
１トラックとして区切りがついているものは別によいのだが、途中から歌に変わるものは、あまり続けて聞く気にはなれない。
ホラー映画みたいな雰囲気は出てるけどね。
言葉がわかる人には面白いのかも。

ＣＤの評価としては星３つだが、楽曲的には確実にもっと星を出せるレベル。
２、４曲目などが個人的におすすめです。

5.0 out of 5 stars 知ってる限りもっとも閉鎖的なコンセプトアルバム。, 2009/3/16
メタルとかだと、壮大な物語があったりするのも多いけれど、これはものすごく陰湿で狭苦しい感じが最後まで続きます。
拷問的な音（轟音というわけじゃなくて、まぁ女性の泣声、叫び声）が絶えず続くので、ダメな人は絶対ダメだと思います。ヘッドホンで聴くと気分の悪さマックスですが、こういうコンセプトを前提に聴くならかなり作り込まれたアルバムだと思います。

なかなかハードコア色が強く、リズミカルでエッジの聴いたギターサウンドが入ります。ある意味軽度のスラッシュメタルのような雰囲気もあり、聴きごたえアリ。
スクリームパートと、か細い声、力強い声など、女性Vo.Ver.のスリップノットとは良く言ったもの、迫力があって特徴的なVo.です。

個人的に、一番このアルバムの静の部分と思いっきり動の部分が出てる＃10が気に入っています。

ちなみにこのアルバムは赤と緑の変わったケースに入ってるのですが、ケースを通して歌詞を見ると3Dで立体に浮かび上がるという面白い作りになっています。

このアルバムは時々ホラー映画のワンシーンみたいな音声が入っています(叫び声みたいな)。そこでふと思ったんですが、このCDはストーリーのように構成されてるのかなと思い、歌詞カードやジャケットの英文を翻訳してみました(翻訳サイトで)。そしたらCD本体を収める所にメッセージが!!!ちょっとした謎解きが隠されてました!!!ここではあえて答を明かしませんが、このCDを購入した方は是非翻訳してみて下さい!謎レベルは少し考えればすぐわかります。しかしなかなか作りにこってるなぁと思いました。発見した時は焦りました!
ちなみに音は前のレビューにも書いてるように女性デスボイスのヘヴィロック。ボーカルの緩急具合もなかなか良いです!slipknot好きなら絶対気に入る!
