『クローサー』のスー・チーとカレン・モクが再び共演したホラー。「毎年7月に9人の人が死ぬ」と噂されるオフィスビル。そのビルに勤めるパットの周囲で、噂通り人間が変死する。その頃、同じビルに勤めるケンは、霊に悩まされているという美女に出会う。

毎年７月に９人が死ぬと噂されるビルを舞台に起こる事件を３人の視点から描いています。
監督も複数いますが全体としては一応一つの線が通っています。

この作品に出てくるのは、ビルに縛られているわけでもなく昼間も自由に動き回り機械も扱えるというスーパー幽霊達で、はっきり言ってこんな奴らに目を付けられたら生き残れません。

最後の最後でどんでん返しを試みている点は好印象なのですが、いかんせんそこに至るまでが退屈です。
ちょっと考えただけでも整合性がとれていない部分も見受けられ、やや荒削りのような気がします。

エスカレーターで出会った白髪の老女。彼女はこのビルにとりついている霊なのか？ケンは同じビルに勤務している女性に出会う。必死で弟を庇うその美女に惹かれていくが…

次々と霊に惨殺されるなか、脱力系の笑いが滲む。駄目駄目な男性が霊に諭されて改心してもやはり９人の枠は外せない。最後の９人目に選ばれたのは…ネタばれしちゃうと面白さが半減します。最後の最後に反転。怖い上に「そうくるか！」感が。近代的なオフィスビルがミスマッチな恐怖を掻き立てます。
