女性Voソニア率いるカナディアン・メロディック・パワーメタルバンドの会心＆宣戦布告2ndアルバム。

1stは一応日本盤で発売されており、メタルメイニアの間では好評であったが、今作は化けました。メロパワファンにはもちろん買っていただきたいし、DARK MOORやORATORYといったパワフルな女性Voで攻めてくるバンドが好きな方にはたまらん一品です(私もそうです）。

RHAPSODY顔負けのシンフォニックなイントロ1から続く疾走チューン23にはヘドバンを誘発させられる。バラード調4では悶絶必至!!Gu弾きまくりインスト5は個人的には退屈でした(汗；

そして今作ハイライトのキャッチーな疾走チューン6!!もうお腹一杯ですわ(お気に入り)。でもまだまだ続く疾走の嵐・・・というわけにはいかず、後半はSTRATOVARIUSチックなKeyサウンドが随所に散りばめられていますが退屈でした。っていうか速い曲多すぎ(疲）

メロパワファン(特に女性Vo)の自分にとっては充分満足できる内容でした。パワフルすぎて好き嫌いが別れる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが･･･。

全体的にいい曲ばかりです。捨て曲は特にありません・・・と、言いたいところですが、ちょ~っとボーカルの声に力が入りすぎていて、もう少し抑えて歌ったら？と、言いたくなります。
ほら、格闘技の「プライド」で選手入場のときに、
「の~~~~げぇ~~~~~い~~るあああああ！！」（ノゲイラ）
て、アナウンスする方の声によく似てます。
それにシンフォニック・メタルには欠かせない「壮大なコーラス」が、まったくありません。そのため、曲の流れが単調なのもかなりのマイナスです。まあ、８曲目の「フェアリーテイルズ」は絶対聞いたほうがいいので、お金が余ったら買えばいいと思います。
ああでもラプソディが好きな人には・・・ちょっとな・・・。
