第一話’甘噛みたいの’と第一話の一週前に放送されたDearS前夜祭が入っている。初回限定版にはイラストシートと、もう一枚おまけのDVDが付いている。このDVDには
１　DearSフェスティバルの模様
２　ラジオ番組DearS×DearS公開録音
３　PoppinS’恋のJET SHOOTER’ライブ
４　第一話アフレコ後キャストコメント
５　UNDER17’ラヴスレイブ’ライブ

が収録されている。（２０分）
本編は、レンと武哉の出会い、といったところだが、手抜きが気になる。（寧々子と及川の足がアップされるシーンで、足が左右一緒、書き分けが出来ていない。）
映像特典が欲しいなら’買い’不要な人は、TV録画で十分じゃないかな。

地球に不時着したＵＦＯから宇宙人が現れた。
人々は彼らを『ＤｅａｒＳ』と呼び、市民権を与えて温かく迎え入れたのだった。
そんなある日、宇宙人を毛嫌いする高校生・幾原　武哉は、不思議な『ＤｅａｒＳ』の美少女を拾う。レンと名づけられ、同居（居候することになったことで…彼の状況は一変!!!
彼女は自らを「奴隷」と言い、彼を「ご主人様」と呼んで懐いてくる。

同じ『ＤｅａｒＳ(同士）』で、「品行方正・頭脳明晰・容姿端麗」だが、少々気が強い転校生。　
ミゥには誤解が元？で、レンは事あるごとに勝負を挑まれる。
幼なじみの「和泉　寧々子」には余計な世話を焼かれっぱなし。
妹「菜月」にはやきもちを焼かれ、男子クラスメイトたちに妬まれる。クラス担任「蜜香」先生に悩殺攻撃され？さらには！
レンを回収しようとする「同士」まで現れる！　　　　　　　　　　　

女体率高め、ちょっぴりお色気 かつアホらしさ 満載な作品です。
