日本のロックの黎明期を代表する、不滅の金字塔。

サウンドを聴けば、彼らが主に、
●ブラック・サバス
●レッド・ツェッペリン
●キング・クリムゾン
に影響を受けているのは分かるが、
そこにプラスαでのっけられた、アジアン・テイストがたまらない味わいを醸す。
本作はオリジナル・リリースから40年近くになろうとしているが、
この風変わりな唯一無二のオリジナル・テイストのおかげで、
いまだ新鮮な空気感を保ち、
（YouTubeにおけるFTB関連動画への海外のリスナーの反応に明らかだが）
新たなファンを世界中で獲得できてもいる。

昔の日本のバンドが、ノスタルジー抜きで海外で支持されているってのは、
本当に希有な例であろうね。

Do you like Black Sabbath? Do you like Cathedral? Trouble? Kyuss?SUNN? So, why don't you take this? FTB was the REAL stoner rock band in Japan, and this is their masterpiece. When I first listened to this album, I tripped without drugs. I was knocked down. And now, I still keep on tripping in this fantastic musical world.

この音楽に出逢って本当によかった。
元ビーバーズの石間ヒデキのラーガ奏法のギターと、ジョー山中の迫力あるヴォーカル。そして、和田ジョージのドラム、上月ジュンのベースと最高のメンバーが揃っていた。
皆、元GS出身という事だけあって、レベルが高く、独特の雰囲気が漂っている。
このアルバムは、MAKEUPに続いてフラワー・トラヴェリン・バンドの最高傑作だと思います。
