　透明感と力強さと相対するような存在を混在させるのはごくごく不可能に近い事である。日本のアーティストとしてはごく珍しく、たっぷり二年の歳月をかけて発売されたPe'zの二枚目フルアルバム、極月はその不可能をやってのけた。
　前作に増してのアソビ心が天才である証明をするかのような多種多彩なKey.により、そして、楽器として使われる歌というより声が加わる曲も持ってきた。
　それぞれのパートがまるで独立しているようで、すべてが一つに集約されていく課程を一つの曲でまざまざと見せつけてくれる。
　曲の盛り上げ方、間の付け方、すべてが完璧すぎて、Tr.が歌う歌もさらに自由度を増し、Sax.だって、ただのコーラスじゃなくなった。
　歌が入り込む余地などどこを探してもない。曲に入るべく歌は、詞は、リスナーが決めるのだ。
　リスナーですら、自由にさせるPe'zの勢いはしばらく衰えそうにもない。

このアルバムは、前作の「九月の空」とは、違う路線を走っているものです。個人的には、少ししつこいかな・・・と思う曲もあります。
しかし、2.タンゴ3兄妹、3.WONDERFUL DAYS、9.C止まり ~SADだけどね、そして、今回かわって入った~12.A Night In Tunisia ~チュニジアの夜~あたりはPE'Zの良さが引き立っている曲で、オススメです。

いい曲も多いだけに、あと少しな所が残念です。
