当時は、違和感を覚えた、Ving の歌も、
今聞いてみると、結構、気に入ったりしてるんですけど、
それでも、Mustaine が歌っている、このリマスター版は、
予想通りの、しっくり具合です。たまりません。
Bonus の 12 は、どうでもいい曲。
13 は、オリジナルの曲間に入っていたのをつなげたやつ。
14 の Demo は、ちょっと興味深かったです。

ムステインのルーツであるパンク精神が前面に出てる
重く速くストレートなバンド
たぶんメガデスでやりたくてもできなかった
フラストレーション解消のためにやったのだろう
ムステインが歌ってないのが物足りない人もいるが
たぶんムステインが歌うと何でもメガデスになってしまうので
これで正解なのではないかと思う
ボーカルもず太い声で雰囲気抜群

メタル寄りの人はパンクっぽいから嫌で
パンク寄りの人はメタルっぽいから嫌かもしれないが
私はかなりツボにはまりました

　1996年にリリースされた1回きりのプロジェクト。
　言わずと知れた『MEGADETH』の天才ギタリスト[デイヴ・ムスティン]と、ハードコア『FEAR』のヴォーカル[リー・ヴィング](申し訳ありませんが、『Fear』というバンドを知りません)の異色ユニット。
　MD.45というユニット名は単にデイヴのイニシャル≪MD≫とリー・ヴィングのイニシャルを数字に変換したもの≪45≫をたしただけのものなのですが、結構洒落ていて格好いい。
　リーの声質もなかなか素晴らしく、デイヴのギターとの絡みもGOOD。
　曲もパンキー且つメタリックで結構いい仕上がりとなっております。
　デイヴファンならずとも是非とも聴いて頂きたい1枚であります。
