   メロディアスかつエモーショナルな歌を聞かせるフロリダ出身（その後、カリフォルニアに移住した）のポップ・パンク・バンド、イエローカードのメジャー・デビュー・アルバム。特徴は、そのラインナップにヴァイオリン奏者を擁していること。アイリッシュ調のヴァイオリンの音色とエモーショナルなメロディーの相性が抜群なのだ。

最初流して聴いていてもあまりピンとはこなかったけど
聴く回数が増すたびにどんどんはまっていきました。

やっぱりポイントはバイオリンでしょう。
曲中聴こえてくるメロディアスなバイオリンの音色が
ただのパンクじゃなくしています。
とても心地よく、楽しく聴くことができます。
ボーカルの声は決してこれといった特徴がある声では

ないけれど、彼らの曲ととてもあっているようなきがします。
はもりもきれいだし、いつの間にか曲に合わせて
体が揺れています。

おススメはway away。ボーナストラックでこの曲の
アコースティックバージョンがはいっていますが、こちらも
最高。

このバンドの特徴はやはり、パンクバンドにヴァイオリンという構成。
その斬新さも魅力の一つだと感じます。
ボーカルの声もかなり良いし、コーラスも良い感じだと思います。

このCDはとにかくボーナストラック、ＰＶなどがついていてこの値段はかなり安いと思います。絶対に買うべきです。＾＾

New　Found　Gloryなどが好きな方には絶対オススメです。

（NFGのライブにゲスト参加するのも有名ですね）

個人的にOcean　Avenue、WAY　AWAY、LIFE　OF　SALESMANが、
アルバムの中で僕は好きです。

冒頭からノリノリだね。前作よりもバイオリンが目立ってて嬉しい。ただギターと同じように重なるのではなく、所々で前に出てくる切ないメロディーがたまらなく良い。アメリカのポップパンク好きはもちろんだけど、それ以外のロック好きな人にも、聴くたびに一押しされるアルバムです。
