たしかにこのことについての断り書きがありますが、途中から窓がひどく汚れて、ガラスを通した光景が文字通り「見苦しい」。新幹線だとどうしてもこうなってしまうのでしょうか？ほかの新幹線の同シリーズを未見ですのでなんとも言えませんが、あまりにもヒドイ。鉄道ファンだったらきっと買ってくれるだろうという甘い考えが見え透いている。
それからもう一つ提案です。正面だけではなく、左右の光景も同時に撮影して、見るとき別アングルを選べるようにしたらファンはきっと買いますよ(近鉄の難波-奈良間の特急シリーズにありましたよね)。

ご指摘通り窓の汚れが顕著です。
ハイビジョンが台無しと言うよりはむしろハイビジョン故はっきりと汚れがわかってしまうのです。

特に運転すら支障があるようで（汗）軽井沢駅でウオッシャー付きワイパーで清掃しますが、汚れの次に水滴で下三分の一が水滴付着状態になり一時更にひどくなります（涙）
しばらくすると水滴は取れますが、結局、ワイパーが何の意味もない欠陥品であるのを証明しています
（余計ひどくなっているような・・・）

東北新幹線とは逆に運転席から撮影するべきではなかったとしか言いようがありません。

特に山間部トンネルが多いため光具合が変化しやすいのでこのホコリ、水滴がそのたびによく見えて邪魔なのです。
不幸中の幸い、晴天（快晴）であるため最終的に風景は綺麗に見えます（曇り、雨ならクレームの手紙を出したと思います。）
ただ、事前にこのホコリの対策を立てて撮影すべきだったと思います

長所ですが、特に長野新幹線部分は安中榛名以外は全駅停車するので、思い入れのある方（特に上越新幹線の新駅本条早稲田駅も見えます）にはお勧めです。また各駅とはいえスピードはかなり出ています。ＤＶＤの長所、見たい駅から見ることが出来ます。軽井沢以降ホコリも綺麗になりセクション（６０ヘルツ）切り替えなどもあり、トンネル区間が減るので見所も出てきます。
加えておまけの各駅画像や走行シーンも結構長く収録されています。
ＶＨＳでノンストップバージョンもありますが入手が難しいことと、極端に問題があるともいえないので長野新幹線ファンにはお勧めです
